JOB SUMMARY:

During the evening shift schedule (typically 3pm to midnight) this role will provide assistance to customers that have questions regarding operations related functions in iWeb. Responsible for reporting, testing and communication between the operations department and development about any system related issue.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Provide excellent customer service

· Ensure that the intended workflow is occurring across the various systems we use to move money

· Communicate with other team members in operations and development about any potential issues in our systems

· Research and test system deployments both internally, as well as with customers

· Educate customers about our system and guide them through performing various tasks

· Create accurate reports used in Account Analysis and testing (beta/production deployments)

· Scan checks and log them in the system

· Troubleshoot issues in iWeb, PSN, Secure File Exchange and Remote Deposit Capture

· Create training materials to troubleshoot and research potential issues with our systems

· Create training materials to educate iWeb users

· Create training material for new operations team members

· Work evening shift schedule, typically 3:00 PM to Midnight, to support night operations functions

· Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

MINIMUM SKILLS:

· Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by actively participating in discussions and sharing knowledge

· Identify inefficiencies and proactively recommend improvements to optimize operational processes

· Provide clear and courteous support to internal and external stakeholders.

· Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to learn quickly, meet strict deadlines, and adhere to policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and instructions.

· Basic computer, 10 Key, and MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).

· Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients and customers

· Availability to work the night shift, typically 3:00 PM to Midnight, including occasional flexibility for scheduling needs

MINIMUM EDUCATION:

· High School diploma or GED required

· 1 or more years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

· Computer knowledge required

· Banking experience required

· Customer service experience required
