This is a remote field sales opportunity focused on helping local businesses adopt modern payment processing and SaaS solutions.
You will own the full sales cycle within an assigned territory, from prospecting and relationship building through product demonstrations and closing.
The role combines consultative selling with hands-on local market development and community networking.
You will work directly with restaurants, retailers, and other businesses to understand their payment needs and recommend tailored solutions.
Success will depend on your ability to generate new opportunities, build referral partnerships, and consistently deliver a strong customer experience.
You’ll operate with significant autonomy and a flexible schedule while collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer commitments become successful implementations.
The opportunity also offers an attractive performance-driven career path for sales professionals who want to grow into leadership, business development, or revenue operations.
- Build and manage a pipeline of local business prospects within an assigned territory, generating opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calling, local canvassing, referrals, and networking.
- Own the complete sales cycle from initial outreach and qualification through discovery, solution presentation, product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing.
- Develop a deep understanding of prospective customers' business models and payment needs, using a consultative approach to recommend appropriate SaaS, point-of-sale, and payment processing solutions.
- Establish and maintain strong referral relationships with local POS dealers, web designers, business networking organizations, and other community partners.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations that clearly communicate the value and capabilities of the platform.
- Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline information, and customer interactions in Salesforce and other sales tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solutions, expectations, and customer commitments are successfully delivered.
- Monitor competitive offerings and market dynamics, using insights to differentiate solutions and strengthen sales strategies.
- Manage territory activity independently while maintaining consistent prospecting, follow-up, and revenue-generation discipline.
- Contribute to a high-energy sales culture through collaboration, knowledge sharing, customer focus, and achievement of individual and team goals.
- Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license.
- Previous sales experience is preferred, particularly experience involving prospecting, consultative selling, lead generation, or closing new business.
- Experience with cold calling, local canvassing, field sales, or territory development is highly valued.
- Strong communication, presentation, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to confidently engage business owners and decision-makers, understand their challenges, and communicate solutions in a compelling manner.
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial, with the ability to manage a flexible schedule and work independently while remaining accountable for results.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment where priorities can evolve quickly.
- Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adjust sales strategies based on customer needs and market conditions.
- Ability to build and maintain local referral networks and professional relationships.
- Familiarity with restaurants, retail businesses, payment processing, SaaS, or point-of-sale solutions is an advantage.
- Comfortable using CRM and sales technology; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
- This is a remote field-sales position, so candidates must live within the assigned territory and be able to travel locally to meet prospective and existing customers.
- W-2 employment with medical, dental, life, and disability insurance.
- Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
- 401(k) plan with company matching.

- Top-performing first-year sales professionals in the top 25% can expect to earn approximately $90,000–$105,000+, based on the original compensation structure and performance.
- Peer and company recognition programs.
- Opportunities for career advancement into sales leadership, business development, and revenue operations.
