This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sales Coordinator, International Sales based in the United States.
The Sales Coordinator will provide essential administrative and operational support to an international sales team focused on exchange and educational programs.
This role helps ensure partner information, agreements, reporting, documentation, and internal processes are accurate and efficiently managed.
You will work closely with account managers, sales leadership, international representatives, and external partners across a global network.
Your organization and attention to detail will help sales professionals stay focused on building relationships, developing business, and achieving growth targets.
The position offers exposure to CRM systems, partner onboarding, sales operations, reporting, events, and cross-functional collaboration.

- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the International Sales Team and international representatives, helping ensure priorities and processes move forward efficiently.
- Maintain accurate partner, program, and sales information across Salesforce, Beacon, and other internal systems, while reviewing high volumes of data for completeness and accuracy.
- Prepare, review, process, and track annual cooperation agreements and other sales-related documentation.
- Generate and analyze recurring reports to support performance management, sales planning, and business development activities.
- Support partner and agent onboarding by collecting information, reviewing compliance documentation, coordinating internal setup, and tracking outstanding requirements.
- Monitor action items and follow up with internal teams and external partners to ensure deadlines and commitments are met.
- Coordinate meetings, calendars, agendas, notes, and other administrative activities for the sales organization.
- Assist with the development and organization of training materials, presentations, templates, and communications for internal and external audiences.
- Support the planning and logistics of webinars, conferences, and other sales and partner events.
- Identify opportunities to streamline administrative workflows, improve processes, and maintain effective standard operating procedures.
- Provide additional operational and administrative support as needed to help the sales team achieve annual program targets and longer-term business development objectives.
- Post-secondary degree required, with relevant education or training in business, administration, communications, sales, or a related area considered an advantage.
- Approximately one year of customer service and/or administrative experience is preferred.
- Experience managing and maintaining data in CRM systems is required; Salesforce experience is a strong plus.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn and confidently use new technologies and internal systems.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with exceptional attention to detail when reviewing data, documents, and agreements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal abilities, and a professional approach when working with colleagues and external partners.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and remain organized and composed in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to understand how individual responsibilities contribute to broader sales and organizational objectives.
