This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Bilingual Sleep Services Care Coordinator based in the United States.
This full-time remote role supports patients throughout their sleep therapy journey, helping coordinate services and monitor equipment compliance. You will serve as a key point of contact for patients, healthcare providers, referral sources, and internal teams. Much of the work involves phone, email, and text communication, requiring a strong customer-service mindset and excellent attention to detail. You will help ensure medical equipment and related services are delivered efficiently while following up on patient needs and compliance. The role combines healthcare coordination, patient communication, data management, and issue resolution in a collaborative environment. Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential to providing accessible, high-quality support to a diverse patient population.
- Respond promptly and professionally to calls from referral sources and obtain referral orders through telephone, fax, and electronic channels.
- Coordinate the delivery of medical equipment and related healthcare services by communicating with patients, providers, and relevant tracking systems to confirm delivery and service completion.
- Follow up with patients to assess their experience and ensure services meet established quality and care standards.
- Communicate regularly with patients regarding sleep therapy and equipment compliance through phone, email, and text.
- Document all patient communications and relevant interactions accurately in internal systems.
- Obtain, organize, and transmit required clinical documentation to equipment providers through fax or electronic channels.
- Maintain regular communication with supervisors, team members, healthcare providers, and other external stakeholders regarding patient status and service needs.
- Collect, verify, and accurately enter detailed patient information and compliance data.
- Access and manage patient compliance information across multiple manufacturer platforms.
- Respond to questions from patients, healthcare providers, and internal staff in a timely, professional, and informative manner.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve service issues and patient or provider complaints.
- Maintain current knowledge of organizational policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, contractual obligations, and accreditation standards.
- Protect patient privacy and confidential information by consistently following HIPAA privacy and security requirements.
- Participate in after-hours on-call coverage as required.
- Complete other related responsibilities and projects as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent professional experience may also be considered.
- Previous experience in healthcare, patient coordination, customer service, call center operations, medical equipment, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.

- Ability to meet the visual and physical requirements associated with desk-based work, including reading and operating office equipment.
- Availability to participate in after-hours on-call coverage when required.
- Full-time remote work opportunity within the United States.
- Monday–Friday schedule, approximately 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time / 10:00 AM–7:00 PM Central Time.
