About This Position
As a member of Elevate's IT team, the IT intern helps troubleshoot, document, and monitor the company's IT systems, solutions, and processes. Serving as the initial shadow point of contact for Elevate staff and external affiliates, the IT intern provides assist/shadow first-tier support and collaborates with other IT team members while reporting to the IT Manager.
The IT Intern reports to the IT Manager. This position is located in Chicago, Illinois, and is on-site as needed.

Internships at Elevate are paid positions, for current college or graduate students, or recent college graduates. The usual time commitment is for ten(10) weeks, 15 – 25 hours/week but there is some flexibility with this internship. The IT Intern is paid $20/hour.
If interns are handling confidential data, they will be asked to comply with security policies, as required. In addition, all policy interns are asked to comply with a confidentiality and nondisclosure agreement.
