About Rippling

Rippling gives businesses one place to run HR, IT, and Finance. It brings together all of the workforce systems that are normally scattered across a company, like payroll, expenses, benefits, and computers. For the first time ever, you can manage and automate every part of the employee lifecycle in a single system.

Take onboarding, for example. With Rippling, you can hire a new employee anywhere in the world and set up their payroll, corporate card, computer, benefits, and even third-party apps like Slack and Microsoft 365—all within 90 seconds.

Based in San Francisco, CA, Rippling has raised $1.4B+ from the world’s top investors—including Kleiner Perkins, Founders Fund, Sequoia, Greenoaks, and Bedrock—and was named one of America's best startup employers by Forbes.

We prioritize candidate safety. Please be aware that all official communication will only be sent from @Rippling.com addresses.

About the role

We’re looking for a talented Technical Recruiter who loves building great Product and Design teams. If you enjoy fast-paced environments, know how to spot standout talent, and like working closely with hiring managers to make great hires happen, you’ll fit right in. Rippling is gearing up for major growth next year, and you’ll play a key part in shaping the teams behind it!

What you will do
  • Run full-cycle searches for senior roles across Product & Design, balancing speed with exceptional quality.
  • Build strong pipelines from day one, using thoughtful outreach, market expertise, and consistent engagement.
  • Guide candidates through the process, from first conversation to close, ensuring a positive and transparent experience.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers, shaping role definitions, interview loops, and overall hiring strategy.
  • Use creative, data-aware sourcing approaches to uncover talent others might miss.
  • Support our talent brand, helping make Rippling a natural destination for top PMs and Designers.
What you will need
  • 5+ years recruiting in hyper-growth tech or similarly dynamic environments.
  • 2+ years hiring senior talent, ideally in Product and/or Design.
  • A proven ability to build pipelines for roles that require a strategic, targeted approach.
  • Full-cycle ownership — you’re comfortable rolling up your sleeves and driving searches end-to-end.
  • Strong partner instincts, with hiring managers who value and rely on your judgment.
  • Ease with ambiguity and shifting priorities, without losing organization or momentum.
  • High attention to detail and pride in delivering great work.
  • A tech-forward mindset, excited to use modern tools and AI to work smarter.
