Position Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for supporting Jet Aviation Staffing’s Talent Acquisition team in their efforts to source, attract, assess, select, hire, and onboard new employees for Jet Aviation. The TAC may be assigned to an individual Talent Acquisition Partner or Department (i.e., FBO, JAFS, Corporate) to assist with various administrative tasks.
The posted salary ranges will default to that of your regional location and will not include any premiums. The baseline range will be :as follows: $28 - $33 Hourly rate. This hybrid role, 3 times weekly from the office, is based in our Teterboro, NJ location or West Palm Beach, FL locations.

Minimum Requirements:

- At least one year of administrative or assistant experience in a recruiting environment
- Ability to properly and efficiently review new hire paperwork to ensure accuracy
- At least one year of experience in a PC-based work environment, including but not limited to advanced MS Office Suite
- At least one year of experience working with an applicant tracking system
-At least one year of experience working with social media accounts to include formulating verbiage, posting and candidate follow-up

Main Responsibilities:

-Initiates, tracks and finalizes pre-employment background/drug testing
- Manages Staffing Team’s Social Media pages, keeps up to date with relevant data, posts content as requested and responds appropriately to applicants
- Communicates and shares flagged background checks with Human Resources for final approval
- Through the ATS, generates on-boarding/new hire paperwork, sends to new hires, and ensures accurate and timely completion
- Assists the Director of Talent Acquisition with OFCCP efforts to include reporting, outreach and logging efforts within the system
- Verifies I-9 documentation, enters required information into E-Verify system and tracks for accuracy/compliance

- Pack and arrange recruiting events items for Staffing team

-Keep inventory of office items for team
- Provides general administrative support to the team including but not limited to:
o Coordinating internal/external meetings
o Light research on recruiting related items
o Composing general correspondence
o Supports office matters such as ordering supplies etc.
o Assists in answering main office phone calls and greeting office guests
o Other duties/projects maybe assigned as needed

Desired Characteristics:

- Associates or bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred
- Previous recruiting and or HR experience helpful
- Experience onboarding new employees highly desired
- Experience working in internal HR recruiting (talent acquisition) department very helpful
- Excellent time management and follow up skills
- Has a strong sense of confidentiality, understands what can and cannot be shared
- Advanced communication skills, both verbal and in written form
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Uncanny ability to multitask
- Ability to take initiative, adapt to changes, and deal with frequent and constant change
- Has a pleasant, friendly, and helpful manner to deliver the best experience to customers and colleagues
