About This Position

Summary:

Quigley-Simpson is seeking a Programmatic Senior Manager to lead, build, and execute strategic digital media across all programmatic media formats: display, video, CTV, DOOH, and audio. The Senior Manager will work directly with clients to drive their business goals.

Core Accountabilities:

Day to day, this role includes the following responsibilities:

  • Manage programmatic team’s implementation, execution, and optimization; dive in and build campaigns from the ground up.
  • Develop data and audience strategies for programmatic media plans.
  • Develop and oversee the execution of testing plans.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with relevant media vendors to stay current on platform updates, beta opportunities, and best-practice implementation of brand safety and third-party measurement/ad-serving pixels.
  • Handle daily campaign optimizations and oversee regular campaign pacing and budget management .
  • Help develop client-facing campaign performance reports, including data quality and insight development.
  • Contribute to the assessment of inventory availability and the formulation of proposals for new client opportunities.
  • Manage the delivery of creative assets, insertion orders, campaign artifacts, and all relevant campaign documentation in preparation for campaign launches.
  • Traffic campaign tags into demand-side platforms (DSPs), ad-serving platforms, and other ad technology.
  • Present insights and opportunities to clients.

Academic/Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 4 to 5 years of direct programmatic platform media buying.
  • Minimum 2 years at a competitive advertising agency.
  • Expert, hands-on knowledge of DSP platforms (e.g., Trade Desk, DV360).
  • Strong understanding of optimization levers and testing approaches across media-buying platforms.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Great analysis skills and confidence in making information-based decisions.
