This role plays a key part in supporting day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and collaborating across multiple entities.

What you'll do

1. Prepare and post journal entries; maintain general ledger accuracy
2. Perform monthly bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations
3. Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
4. Support intercompany accounting transactions and reconciliations
5. Analyze financial data and investigate discrepancies
6. Assist with financial reporting and supporting schedules
7. Maintain fixed assets and depreciation records
8. Support AP/AR functions as needed
9. Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies
10. Assist with audit preparation and external auditor requests
11. Partner cross-functionally with operations and leadership
12. Identify process improvement opportunities

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2. 3–5 years of accounting experience
3. Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations
4. Experience with intercompany accounting preferred
5. Construction industry experience a plus
