Job Responsibilities:
- Count, balance and receive parts and service cash, checks and charges.
- Prepare work to be accomplished by gathering and sorting documents and related information.
- Deposit daily checks (Chase Connect)
- Receive bank drafts and send by FedEx
- Print nd distribute statements every 25th of the month
- Receive Spiff money
- Close all bank deposits by the end of the day
- Print and verify deposit reports
- File checks that have been deposited
- Receive title customer cash
- Pay invoices by verifying transaction information; scheduling and preparing disbursements; obtaining authorization of payment.
- Maintain accounting ledgers by posting account transactions.
- Resolves account discrepancies by investigating documentation; issuing stop payments, payments, or adjustments.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Requirements:- Automotive Accounts receivable experience - minimum 2 years
- Ability to execute the job requirements listed below
- Detailed, ability to multi task and organized
- Knowledge of accounting software including ERA link
- Team player
