Position Details
- Role: Front Desk Medical Receptionist
- Location: Fremont (Seattle) Location
- Schedule: Part-Time (24hrs/week), Monday–Thursday (closing shift until 7:15PM)
- Reports to: Customer Relations and Sales Manager
- Compensation: $21.30 – $22.00 per hour
Experience Momentum is a thriving, mission-driven wellness center located in Seattle, WA providing integrative health services including physical therapy, massage therapy, nutrition counseling, personal training services and group fitness. What You’ll Do
- Greet & Support Clients: Be the face that welcomes every client into our space—warmly, respectfully, and professionally.
- Manage Appointments: Coordinate scheduling across our service lines to maximize availability and streamline care.
- Process Payments: Accurately collect copays, balances, and payment information while maintaining hospitality excellence.
- Support Communications: Answer calls, respond to referrals, manage faxes, and deliver timely follow-ups to patients.
- Maintain Records: Keep client accounts up-to-date, ensuring all demographic and insurance information is current.
- Handle Inquiries: Respond clearly and compassionately to a range of client questions, including those related to Motor Vehicle Accident and L&I cases.
- Be a Team Player: Pitch in with additional administrative duties that help keep the clinic running smoothly.
Who You Are
- A dependable and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centered environment
- A clear communicator who can navigate sensitive or complex patient scenarios with grace
- Tech-savvy and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks calmly and efficiently
- Experience in a medical, clinical, or wellness setting is a plus, but not required. We value candidates who are reliable, adaptable, and quick to learn
