Full-time position: Monday – Thursday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM - Enjoy a three-day weekend every week!

What You'll Do:

In this role, you will help ensure every patient has an exceptional experience from start to finish. Responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling appointments for both new and existing patients in person and over the phone
  • Greeting and assisting patients and families as they arrive
  • Managing front office communications and patient inquiries
  • Taking payments and entering patient information into the system
  • Supporting appointment coordination and office workflow
  • Assisting with various front office communications and administrative tasks
  • Helping maintain the positive, welcoming atmosphere our patients love
Requirements:

What We're Looking For:

  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Organized and comfortable working with computers
  • Ability to multitask in a busy orthodontic office
  • Willingness to learn the business of orthodontics
  • A team player who enjoys creating a great experience for patient
  • Dental or orthodontic experience is helpful, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are just as important
