What We’re Looking For
We’re growing and seeking a Project Manager to join our Oakville team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates with confidence, and enjoys leading projects from concept to completion.
What will you do
- Oversee full project lifecycle, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are metCoordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teamsReview drawings, specs, and scope to plan and execute work effectivelyPrepare and manage schedules, budgets, RFIs, change orders, and documentationConduct site visits to ensure safety compliance and high-quality executionForecast project needs, resolve issues quickly, and provide regular updatesLead and support site teams with clear communication and directionManage multiple projects simultaneously with accuracy and attention to detailBuild and maintain strong client relationships
What you need to succeed
- 5+ years of construction project management experience in commercial is preferredPost-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field is required Strong understanding of construction drawings, building codes, and industry standardsProficiency with project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jonas, Bluebeam)Proven ability to lead teams, solve problems, and make informed decisions quicklyStrong communication, organization, and time-management skillsCommitment to safety, quality control, and delivering excellent client serviceAbility to work in office in Oakville and travel to project sites as needed
