Senior Consultant - Decision Support

The Senior Consultant will identify, investigate, and help implement opportunities that strengthen financial margins and operational outcomes.
Working closely with finance and operational leaders, you will translate complex financial information into practical recommendations.
You will develop comparative methodologies, standardized monitoring approaches, and analytical tools to uncover performance opportunities.
The position combines financial analysis, strategic problem-solving, stakeholder collaboration, and performance monitoring.

Accountabilities
  • Identify, investigate, and recommend actions addressing financial opportunities that can improve margin performance and support sustainable operations.
  • Develop and apply comparative methodologies, standardized monitoring logic, and analytical tools to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Analyze complex financial and operational data to uncover trends, root causes, risks, and potential areas for improvement.
  • Partner with operational leaders and other stakeholders to investigate underlying drivers of financial performance and evaluate potential solutions.
  • Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations and support leaders in determining appropriate paths forward.
  • Monitor progress against recommendations, evaluate results, and identify additional opportunities for improvement.
  • Communicate financial insights and recommendations clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, results-oriented environment through proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, with healthcare experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen, including the ability to interpret complex financial information and turn it into actionable business insights.
  • Experience developing comparative methodologies, standardized monitoring logic, or similar analytical frameworks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with operational leaders, finance teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, initiative, and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
  • Results-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills and the ability to monitor performance against recommendations.
  • Comfortable working independently and effectively in a fully remote environment.
