You will oversee critical financial processes, including cash management, reporting, reconciliations, and compliance activities.
Working closely with finance leadership and cross-functional teams, you will provide guidance on complex accounting matters and business initiatives.
The role requires strong technical knowledge, analytical thinking, and the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.

The Accountant - Corporate & Treasury will play a central role in maintaining financial accuracy, optimizing liquidity, and supporting strategic initiatives through expert accounting practices. This position requires ownership of corporate accounting activities, strong collaboration with internal teams, and the ability to identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Manage daily cash flow activities to optimize liquidity, improve short-term investment performance, and maintain relationships with external banking partners.
- Review corporate bank account reconciliations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to internal controls.
- Prepare and review corporate-level monthly financial statements and support consolidated financial reporting processes.
- Perform financial analysis to identify trends, evaluate business performance, and support strategic decision-making.
- Provide expert guidance on GAAP standards and advise leadership on accounting implications related to business decisions and investments.
- Support international accounting operations, including reporting, consolidation activities, and compliance with local and corporate requirements.
- Develop short-term and long-term liquidity forecasts and contribute recommendations for treasury policies and financial risk management.
- Support royalty reconciliations, reserve fund accounting, and pension-related financial activities when needed.
- Participate in financial system improvements, including ERP enhancements and AI-enabled tools to increase reporting efficiency and accuracy.
- Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies related to cash management, reporting, and operational exposure.
The ideal candidate brings strong corporate accounting experience, advanced financial expertise, and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly. Success in this role requires technical accounting knowledge, strategic thinking, and confidence working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; Master’s degree preferred.
- CPA or CMA certification required.
- 5+ years of progressively responsible accounting experience, including corporate-level financial analysis and reporting.
- Expert understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards.
- Advanced experience with ERP systems, particularly Oracle Cloud or similar financial platforms.
- Strong treasury management skills, including liquidity forecasting, cash optimization, and bank reconciliation processes.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel for financial modeling and analysis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present financial insights effectively to leadership.
- Experience with international accounting, foreign exchange strategies, and cross-border financial operations preferred.
- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion ERP, Power BI, and AI-enabled financial automation tools is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with strong ownership, organization, and collaboration skills.
