National Client Performance Manager

Accountabilities:

The National Client Performance Manager is responsible for maximizing operational performance for assigned business partners by analyzing results, coaching teams, and implementing improvement strategies. The role requires close collaboration with leadership, operational teams, and external partners to ensure performance goals are achieved while maintaining strong business relationships.

  • Lead performance improvement initiatives designed to enhance operational results and client satisfaction.
  • Analyze business performance data, scorecards, and reporting insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas requiring improvement.
  • Prepare clear audit reports and communicate findings to regional, market, and operational leadership teams.
  • Conduct internal audits focused on key performance indicators, operational practices, estimating processes, and partner requirements.
  • Coach and support operational teams on best practices, process improvements, and performance expectations.
  • Develop and implement action plans for locations that are not meeting performance targets.
  • Partner with account teams to understand client expectations, performance requirements, and strategic priorities.
  • Communicate performance results, improvement plans, and progress updates to internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Train and mentor market and shop leaders on operational processes, performance drivers, and quality standards.
  • Participate in leadership meetings, client discussions, and performance reviews to share insights and recommendations.
  • Support the implementation of operational processes and procedures across new locations or business initiatives.
  • Extract, interpret, and analyze data from internal reporting systems to guide decision-making.
  • Monitor performance metrics and recommend operational initiatives that improve efficiency and business outcomes.
  • Travel occasionally within assigned markets or to support specific business partner needs.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings experience in operational performance management, industry processes, and team development. Successful candidates will have strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence teams while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in collision repair, automotive services, insurance-related operations, or a similar performance-focused role.
  • Strong understanding of insurance partner guidelines, procedures, and performance scorecard metrics.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of estimating processes and operational workflows.
  • Familiarity with vehicle repair practices and industry standards.
  • Experience analyzing operational data and translating insights into improvement strategies.
  • Strong coaching, training, and leadership abilities.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability to communicate effectively through both written and verbal channels.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of management systems and estimating platforms is preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
