The Senior Software Engineer - React will be responsible for building robust applications, contributing to technical decisions, and supporting successful delivery across complex client projects.

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications using React, JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
• Build scalable, secure, and performant digital solutions that meet complex business and user requirements.
• Support component architecture, development standards, and technical quality across project teams.
• Contribute to source code management, build processes, deployment practices, and engineering workflows.

The ideal candidate is an experienced software engineer with strong React expertise, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of delivering production-grade applications.

• Significant experience working at a Senior Software Engineer level, typically with 8+ years of commercial software development experience.
• Deep expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript, including extensive experience with React and related frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of modern AI frameworks, AI-assisted development practices, and emerging engineering tools.
• Hands-on experience applying UI/UX principles and using design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD to create effective interfaces.
• Practical experience delivering software in agile environments.
• Strong understanding of software development principles and real-world application delivery.
• Advanced knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
• Experience with automated testing practices, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience working with databases and cloud-based environments.
• Experience collaborating through pull requests, code reviews, and shared engineering practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
