The Marketing Coordinator, Events will play a key role in delivering impactful live experiences that support brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.
This position is responsible for managing event operations from planning through execution, ensuring seamless experiences for prospects, customers, and partners.
You will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and go-to-market teams to connect event strategy with broader campaign objectives and pipeline goals.

The Marketing Coordinator, Events will own the execution and operational success of a diverse event portfolio, supporting trade shows, field activations, and live marketing initiatives. This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and external partners.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute event programs, including third-party trade shows, conferences, and field marketing activations.
- Manage end-to-end event logistics, including contracts, vendor relationships, booth setup, shipping, promotional materials, staffing schedules, and travel coordination.
- Partner with marketing, sales, customer success, and operations teams to align event plans with audience targeting, messaging, and pipeline objectives.
- Support event campaign execution by preparing timelines, project plans, communication materials, and internal coordination documents.
- Create sales enablement resources such as event briefs, meeting schedules, attendee information, and preparation materials.
- Coordinate pre-event and post-event workflows to ensure effective lead management, follow-up processes, and campaign attribution.
- Track event budgets, expenses, and performance metrics including leads generated, meetings created, pipeline contribution, and cost efficiency.
- Maintain accurate event data and reporting to support performance reviews and future planning.
- Identify opportunities to streamline event operations through improved processes, templates, and AI-powered workflows.
- Support the continuous improvement of event strategies by contributing insights, recommendations, and operational best practices.

- Proven experience coordinating professional events, trade shows, conferences, or field marketing programs.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, vendors, and competing priorities.
- Experience working with event management platforms such as Cvent, Bizzabo, Swoogo, RainFocus, Eventbrite, or similar tools.
- Experience collaborating with sales, marketing, customer success, or go-to-market teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex logistics with accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Comfortable using project management and marketing tools such as Asana, HubSpot, gifting platforms, or similar systems.
- Interest in leveraging AI tools to improve workflows, productivity, and marketing execution.
- Self-starter mindset with a track record of delivering high-quality work and driving measurable results.
- Ability and willingness to travel approximately 10 events per year, typically lasting 3–4 days each.
- Competitive salary range of $70,000–$80,000 USD, depending on experience, skills, and background.
