The Regional Named Account Executive will drive strategic revenue growth by building trusted partnerships with healthcare organizations across the Southeast region.
This role focuses on consultative selling, account expansion, and delivering measurable business value through innovative healthcare technology solutions.
The successful candidate will manage high-potential accounts, develop strong executive relationships, and lead complex sales cycles from opportunity creation through close.
Working closely with Customer Success, Product, and internal subject matter experts, this role will create tailored strategies that address customer priorities.
The position requires a strong understanding of healthcare operations, financial drivers, and technology adoption within complex organizations.

The Regional Named Account Executive will own account strategy, pipeline development, and revenue execution within an assigned Southeast territory. This role requires a consultative approach, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to align technology solutions with customer business and clinical objectives.
- Develop strategic account plans for high-value named accounts, balancing short-term opportunities with long-term relationship growth.
- Use territory insights, whitespace analysis, market intelligence, and campaign strategies to identify new opportunities and expand account penetration.
- Analyze win/loss insights and pipeline performance to optimize sales strategies and improve deal execution.
- Build trusted relationships across customer organizations, expanding engagement from operational stakeholders to senior and executive decision-makers.
- Partner with Customer Success teams to identify expansion opportunities and support long-term customer value realization.
- Lead consultative sales conversations that uncover customer challenges and align solutions with strategic business priorities.
- Drive outcome-based selling by demonstrating measurable value, ROI, and operational impact.
- Manage complex sales opportunities, including discovery, solution alignment, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Maintain strong knowledge of healthcare technology solutions, product capabilities, industry trends, and regulatory developments.
- Customize solution approaches based on customer needs, payer models, staffing structures, financial goals, and organizational priorities.
- Leverage internal experts, customer success stories, case studies, and clinical outcomes data to strengthen sales narratives.
- Structure complex commercial agreements using value-based pricing approaches and strategic deal models.
- Support negotiations with procurement, legal, and business stakeholders while protecting organizational interests.
- Consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets through disciplined pipeline management and data-driven sales execution.
- Create compelling presentations and business cases tailored to both clinical and financial audiences.
- Act as the primary account owner, coordinating cross-functional teams including solution architects, customer success managers, and product specialists.
- Support executive briefings, success reviews, and account plans to improve adoption, retention, and expansion.
- Share market insights, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback with internal sales and marketing teams.
The ideal candidate is a strategic B2B sales professional with experience selling technology solutions in complex healthcare environments. They should have a strong ability to manage enterprise relationships, navigate multi-stakeholder sales processes, and communicate business value effectively.
- 3–5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably within healthcare technology, digital health, or care delivery platforms.
- Proven track record of developing strategic customer relationships and closing complex, high-value sales opportunities.
- Strong understanding of healthcare buyer dynamics, including clinical, operational, and financial stakeholders.
- Experience with consultative selling, objection handling, storytelling, and business case development.
- Ability to translate complex technology solutions into clear business outcomes for customers.
- Experience managing enterprise accounts and driving expansion opportunities.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement platforms such as Salesforce, Gong, Gong Engage, Clari, or similar tools.
- Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and internal subject matter experts.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with strong organizational and pipeline management abilities.
- Competitive on-target earnings package with a US salary and commission range of $189,000–$210,000.
