Finish Grade Foreman/Site Superintendent at Cyclone Land Development – Roswell, Georgia

Cyclone Land Development is seeking an experienced Finish Grade Foreman/Site Superintendent to join our construction team.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a foreman, with the ability to lead the crew and maintain accuracy and efficiency.

The foreman should have experience with punch-out work, backfill curbs, fine-grading parking lots, and finishing jobs on industrial sites, and be able to understand plans and communicate well with their crew, supervisor, and other co-workers.

The foreman's top priority should be maintaining a clean, organized work area and adhering to all safety regulations.

The foreman should possess great teaching and coaching skills for crew members and any potential new hires. The foreman should work collaboratively and be a great team player.

Skills

• Proven experience working as a grading foreman leading a grading crew.
• Previous construction site experience is essential for understanding site dynamics and safety practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment while communicating clearly with colleagues.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in executing tasks safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• 5+ proven experience as a finish grade foreman
