Trinity Industrial Services is seeking an experienced and hands-on Traveling Demolition Supervisor to oversee selective demolition and abatement projects from planning through completion. This position is responsible for managing daily site operations, coordinating crews and subcontractors, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering projects on schedule and within scope.
This role requires strong field leadership, operational awareness, and the ability to travel to job sites as needed. The Traveling Demolition Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining Trinitys reputation for safety, quality workmanship, and professional execution.

Key Responsibilities- Project Planning & Coordination
Plan and coordinate demolition and abatement activities from mobilization to project closeout.
Develop daily and weekly work schedules and assign tasks to crew members.
Conduct toolbox talks and daily safety meetings.
Coordinate subcontractors, equipment operators, inspectors, and vendors.
- Site Management & Execution
Oversee all daily jobsite operations and ensure work aligns with project specifications.
Monitor crew productivity and enforce adherence to timelines.
Track labor hours, materials used, and equipment performance.
Adjust project plans as necessary to maintain schedule and efficiency.
- Safety & Compliance
Ensure strict compliance with OSHA standards and environmental regulations.
Enforce safety protocols throughout all phases of demolition.
Oversee proper waste disposal in accordance with environmental requirements.
- Leadership & Communication
Supervise and train demolition crew members.
Provide hands-on leadership and clear communication across all stakeholders.
Serve as the on-site point of contact for project coordination and issue resolution.
- Equipment Oversight
Oversee use of interior machinery including skid steers, flooring machines, Lulls, and other demolition equipment.
Ensure proper equipment handling, maintenance coordination, and safety checks.
Minimum 5+ years of demolition experience (510 years preferred).
High School Diploma or GED required.
OSHA 30 Certification (Required).
Strong knowledge of demolition safety protocols and environmental regulations.
Experience supervising field crews on commercial or industrial projects.
Ability to read and interpret project specifications and site plans.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions in the field.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to provide references demonstrating production efficiency and past project success.
Must be willing to relocate to Georgia prior to starting employment.
