Job Overview:

The Nutritional Assistant II (Dish Room Tech) provides exceptional organization and cleanliness for the kitchen, patient tray line area, and cafeteria.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Washes all pans, plates and utensils for the cafeteria and patient services
• Participates on all meal service patient tray lines
• Cleaning and sanitizing of the dish machine daily
• Responsible for ensuring exemplary level of cleanliness and sanitation for the dish room and tray line work areas
• Responsible for the delivery/pick up of all patient food carts to the units
• Maintain relationship with all kitchen staff to ensure quality of work
