We partner directly with professional roofing contractors to support projects of every size — from local service work to large-scale commercial reroofing and new construction projects. We are seeking a Commercial Sales Representative to develop and maintain relationships with Commercial Roofing Contractors, provide product and system expertise, and drive sales growth within an assigned territory.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Commercial Roofing Contractors, consultants, and related industry professionals
  • Generate sales opportunities for commercial roofing systems, insulation, accessories, sheet metal products, and related services
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate roofing products and system solutions
  • Stay informed on market conditions, competitive activity, manufacturer programs, and industry trends
  • Prepare quotes, manage pricing discussions, process orders, and coordinate deliveries to meet project schedules
  • Work closely with branch operations, vendor representatives, and internal support teams to ensure excellent customer service
  • Assist customers with product information, technical support coordination, and manufacturer resources as needed
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and strengthen long-term business relationships
  • Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity, and pipeline management within company systems
REQUIREMENTS
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or account management; commercial roofing or construction industry experience preferred
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and customer requests in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
  • Ability to quickly learn internal systems, roofing products, and manufacturer programs
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned territory as needed
