This role is a key finance operations position focused on ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and reliability of day-to-day accounting activities within a fast-growing, international business environment. You will be responsible for managing both accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring seamless financial workflows across ERP systems and QuickBooks Online. The position requires strong attention to detail, as well as the ability to handle high transaction volumes while maintaining accuracy and compliance. You will play a central role in reconciling financial data, resolving discrepancies, and supporting month-end close activities. In addition, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to improve processes and enhance financial efficiency. This is a highly operational and impact-driven role suited for someone who thrives in structured, fast-paced environments and enjoys solving financial data challenges.
- Process vendor payments and customer receipts accurately and within required timelines.
- Transfer, reconcile, and maintain invoice data across ERP systems and QuickBooks Online.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and actively follow up on outstanding balances.
- Handle billing inquiries, payment disputes, credits, and customer/vendor communication.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and general ledger balancing.
- Support month-end closing activities and financial reporting processes.
- Identify and contribute to process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency and accuracy.
- Direct accounting experience in aesthetics, healthcare, medical device, or cosmetics-related industries (mandatory requirement).
- Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and ERP accounting systems.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume transactional environments with precision.
- Excellent communication skills, with a professional and customer-oriented approach.
- Strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Prior remote work experience and proficiency with tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, or similar platforms.
- Experience working with US or UK-based companies is strongly preferred and required for consideration.
- Familiarity with inventory accounting, COGS tracking, or audit preparation is a plus.
- Remote contract role with international exposure.
