This senior leadership role sits at the intersection of fund administration, investor operations, and client service delivery within the private markets ecosystem. You will oversee globally distributed teams responsible for investor servicing, AML/KYC compliance, and treasury operations across a diverse portfolio of institutional clients. The role requires a strong operational leader capable of managing complexity at scale while ensuring high-quality execution across the full investor lifecycle. You will work closely with senior client stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams to drive service excellence, operational efficiency, and platform scalability. - Lead and develop globally distributed managers and service delivery teams overseeing investor operations, AML/KYC, and treasury workflows.
- Own end-to-end service delivery across the investor lifecycle, including onboarding, capital activity, account maintenance, and ongoing investor servicing.
- Manage client relationships for complex private market fund structures, ensuring high-quality execution and strong stakeholder engagement.
- Drive operational excellence through process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement of workflows and controls.
- Oversee workforce planning, capacity management, and resource allocation across multiple teams and client portfolios.
- Establish and track KPIs related to service quality, operational performance, and client satisfaction.
- Partner with Product, Fund Accounting, Customer Success, and Sales teams to support scalable service delivery and platform evolution.
- Manage escalations, resolve complex client issues, and ensure consistent delivery standards across global operations.
- Contribute to the development and evolution of operating models supporting business growth and jurisdictional expansion.
- Provide strategic insights and operational feedback to support product innovation and organizational strategy.
- 10+ years of experience in investor services, fund administration, transfer agency, or private markets operations.
- 5+ years of experience leading managers and distributed global teams in complex, high-growth environments.
- Deep expertise in private markets operations, including AML/KYC, investor onboarding, capital activity, and treasury processes.
- Strong understanding of fund structures such as private equity, venture capital, private credit, and real assets across multiple jurisdictions.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale operational teams while maintaining strong service quality and control environments.
- Demonstrated experience building, optimizing, and scaling operational processes in dynamic environments.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills, including experience handling senior-level escalations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to guide operational decisions and performance improvements.
