This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Digital Experience Manager based in the United States.
This is a strategic, hands-on digital marketing role responsible for shaping how an organization is discovered, experienced, and converted across its digital ecosystem. You will own web marketing strategy end-to-end, combining Webflow expertise, technical SEO, AI-search visibility, and strong design judgment. The role sits at the intersection of marketing, content, design, development, analytics, and technology, giving you broad influence over digital growth. You will build and optimize landing pages, improve site performance, strengthen organic visibility, and connect website activity to pipeline outcomes. You will also help define how content is surfaced across emerging AI-powered search experiences and LLM-based platforms. Success requires someone who is strategic but highly execution-oriented, comfortable solving technical challenges, and energized by continuous improvement. This is a fully remote opportunity within a collaborative, entrepreneurial, and growth-focused marketing environment.
- Own and drive the web marketing strategy and roadmap, ensuring digital properties support broader pipeline, brand, demand-generation, and growth objectives.
- Manage the Webflow platform, including CMS architecture, page structures, design-system implementation, publishing workflows, hosting, and overall website health.
- Lead technical SEO initiatives covering site architecture, crawlability, structured data and schema, Core Web Vitals, internal linking, and on-page optimization.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve visibility across AI-powered search experiences, including AI Overviews, AI Mode, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and other LLM-based assistants.
- Ensure website content and technical structures are optimized to be accurately discovered, surfaced, cited, and represented across traditional and AI-driven search environments.
- Maintain strong visual and user-experience standards across digital properties in partnership with brand and design resources.
- Collaborate with developers on custom Webflow builds, integrations, technical implementations, and website enhancements.
- Translate marketing objectives into clear technical requirements and coordinate effectively with internal and external development resources.
- Track organic, direct, and referral traffic, website conversion rates, and other digital performance indicators.
- Connect website and digital performance data to marketing-qualified leads, pipeline, and broader commercial outcomes.
- Use Google Analytics, Search Console, and CRM reporting tools to identify opportunities, diagnose performance issues, and communicate actionable insights.
- Troubleshoot website bugs, performance issues, compatibility problems, and other technical challenges across browsers and devices.
- Manage domains, redirects, site migrations, technical governance, and other infrastructure requirements while minimizing disruption to digital performance.
- Maintain appropriate website security, backups, hosting configurations, and basic technical infrastructure.
- Evaluate emerging web technologies and marketing technology trends and recommend improvements to the digital stack.
- Collaborate with content, SEO, PR, and marketing stakeholders to create a unified strategy across owned, earned, third-party, and AI-search visibility.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, web strategy, growth marketing, or a closely related discipline.
- Experience in B2B SaaS is strongly preferred.
- Hands-on expertise with Webflow, including Designer, CMS, interactions, hosting, publishing, and site management.
- Strong technical SEO knowledge, including site architecture, crawlability, schema, Core Web Vitals, internal linking, and on-page optimization.
- Working knowledge of how AI Overviews, AI-powered search experiences, and LLM-based assistants source, interpret, and cite content, with practical experience applying GEO/AEO principles.
- Strong design sensibility and the ability to evaluate visual and UX quality, guide creative work, and maintain consistent digital standards.
- Basic front-end development knowledge, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals, as well as the ability to manage CMS-to-development handoffs.
- Experience integrating marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, email and marketing automation, forms, chat, and personalization technologies.
