The Technical Account Manager - Digital is a customer-focused role that combines technical expertise, customer success, and strategic account management.
You will support a portfolio of customers by driving adoption, improving platform health, and ensuring successful outcomes throughout the customer lifecycle.
The role focuses on scalable engagement models powered by automation, data insights, and proactive risk management.
You will partner with sales and internal teams to strengthen customer relationships, improve retention, and identify opportunities for growth.
By analyzing usage signals and customer behaviors, you will transform data into actionable recommendations that improve customer value.
This position offers the opportunity to influence customer success strategies within a fast-paced cybersecurity and SaaS environment.

Accountabilities:

The Technical Account Manager - Digital is responsible for managing customer success across a portfolio of accounts through scalable engagement, proactive risk management, and data-driven insights.

  • Own the customer lifecycle from onboarding through renewal, serving as the primary post-sales point of accountability.
  • Maintain visibility into customer health, engagement levels, risks, action plans, and business outcomes.
  • Proactively identify renewal risks, document challenges, and drive internal risk management processes to prevent unexpected churn.
  • Lead renewal readiness activities by maintaining accurate account information and ensuring clear ownership of customer success initiatives.
  • Develop customer engagement through scalable programs such as automated communications, webinars, workshops, and virtual office hours.
  • Encourage customer adoption by monitoring engagement levels and ensuring customers receive ongoing value from the platform.
  • Analyze customer health indicators, usage patterns, and platform activity to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Apply a data-driven approach to evaluate customer value outcomes, including platform usage, automation adoption, alerts, and operational improvements.
  • Identify trends such as declining usage, adoption gaps, or high-potential accounts and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, customer documentation, engagement tracking, and health reporting.
  • Provide leadership teams with clear, measurable insights into account performance, risks, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales and internal stakeholders to support retention, expansion, and overall customer success goals.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate has experience managing SaaS customers, strong technical communication skills, and the ability to use data to influence customer outcomes.

  • Strong understanding of post-sales customer success processes within a SaaS environment.
  • Experience working directly with customers on technical, operational, or business challenges.
  • Ability to analyze customer data and translate account health indicators into clear recommendations.
  • Strong understanding of customer adoption strategies, retention drivers, and renewal processes.
  • Ability to influence customer behavior and encourage meaningful engagement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create structured customer communications.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain execution discipline.
  • Experience using CRM platforms and customer success tools to track account activity and performance.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, technical teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a scalable, technology-driven customer engagement model.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving risks.
