You will work across clinical, corporate, and support hiring streams while building scalable recruiting systems and improving candidate experiences.
The ideal candidate is a proactive recruiter who thrives in high-volume environments and enjoys creating structure in rapidly evolving organizations.

Accountabilities:

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will own end-to-end recruiting operations across multiple hiring areas, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates, hiring teams, and business stakeholders. You will combine sourcing expertise, operational excellence, and data-driven improvements to build a scalable talent acquisition engine.

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting processes across clinical, corporate, and operational roles, from sourcing through onboarding.

  • Coordinate complex interview processes across multiple stakeholders and time zones, ensuring timely communication and smooth candidate experiences.
  • Create and maintain interview guides, scorecards, evaluation materials, and recruiting documentation.
  • Manage candidate communications throughout the hiring journey, including updates, feedback, and offer discussions.
  • Extend offers, support compensation conversations, and manage the offer-to-start process.
  • Maintain accurate ATS data, workflows, reporting dashboards, and recruitment documentation.
  • Develop and improve recruiting SOPs, sourcing strategies, and operational processes to support organizational growth.
  • Generate pipeline reports, analyze recruiting metrics, and provide insights on hiring performance.
  • Leverage AI tools to improve recruiting workflows, documentation, and evaluation processes.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate has strong full-cycle recruiting experience, excellent sourcing capabilities, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable balancing high-volume recruitment with strong attention to detail, candidate experience, and process quality.

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including significant in-house recruitment experience.
  • Proven success sourcing and hiring specialized or credentialed professionals in competitive talent markets.
  • Strong direct sourcing skills with experience building pipelines proactively.
  • Experience managing interviews, assessments, scorecards, and structured hiring processes.
  • Experience extending offers and negotiating compensation packages.
  • Strong recruiting operations experience, including ATS administration, reporting, process documentation, and workflow optimization.
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools effectively within recruiting workflows.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open roles and priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work core hours aligned with US Eastern Time.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting BCBAs, behavioral health professionals, or healthcare clinicians.
  • Experience with modern ATS platforms such as Ashby or similar systems.
  • Experience supporting multi-site or multi-state healthcare organizations.
  • Experience with international hiring, contractor-of-record, or employer-of-record arrangements.
  • Experience working in startup or high-growth environments where recruiting infrastructure was built and scaled.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range of $90,000–$110,000 CAD depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Fully remote work arrangement from Canada.
  • Full-time contractor engagement through a Canadian Contractor of Record.
  • Flexible paid time off policy.
  • Opportunity to work on a mission-driven organization focused on improving access to impactful care.
  • High ownership role with the ability to influence recruiting strategy and operations.
