The Position: Senior Human Resources Business Partner
- This is not a remote position.
- Position location: Charlotte NC
- Travel will be required as needed, up to 40%.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
- None
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Leads HR strategy on new business integration and project ramp up, including travel as needed.
- Helps review and develop compensation and leadership strategies.
- Leads strategic initiatives for organizational alignment to optimize operational programs and processes.
- Conducts market research to help implement organizational programs.
- Attends regular meetings as assigned.
- Generates reports and extracts data as assigned.
- Review of KPIs and analyzes trends and metrics to help develop solutions, programs, and policies.
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of employment laws, helping to reduce legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Partners with the plant HR, external compliance officer and legal counsel as needed to ensure company compliance.
- Works closely with the Managing Directors on developing and implementing company policies and processes.
- Provides guidance and input on organizational restructuring, workforce planning and succession planning.
- Identifies training needs and proposes a selection of training providers, concepts, and schedules to be reviewed by corporate management.
- Oversees process of employment Visa's.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex matters in an easily understandable manner to different audiences.
- Excellent interpersonal skills such as active listening and empathy with the ability to relate to individuals from different backgrounds and situations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Capable of deriving and understanding data from a variety of sources and the ability to make independent suggestions based on that data.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, employee relations, payroll, and performance management.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a Strategic Human Resources role or relatable experience.
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) desired but not required.
- Project Management experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to frequently travel, both to domestic and international destinations.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
