Ready to take the next step in your career? Blue Stone Therapy is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to lead our rehabilitation team at Accura Healthcare of Marshalltown in Marshalltown, IA.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the daily operations of the rehabilitation department
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and department workflow
• Provide clinical oversight while supporting quality patient outcomes
• Coach, mentor, and support therapy team members
• Collaborate with facility leadership to achieve operational and clinical goals
• Provide direct patient care while maintaining productivity expectations
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license (or eligibility for licensure) in Iowa
• Minimum of one year of experience as a COTA
