The Revenue Operations Coordinator is responsible for coordinating sales operations, maintaining process discipline, and ensuring revenue teams have the tools, information, and support needed to maximize performance. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
- Coordinate the movement of opportunities through defined sales stages and ensure compliance with established process requirements.
- Schedule and facilitate internal deal reviews, maintain action tracking, and support follow-up activities.
- Maintain CRM accuracy and data quality by ensuring opportunities, contacts, and activities are consistently updated.
- Audit pipeline information, forecast inputs, and reporting data to support informed business decisions.
- Generate recurring pipeline, performance, and revenue operations reports.
- Coordinate proposals, statements of work, contracts, and supporting sales documentation.
- Track deliverables, deadlines, approvals, and internal routing processes.
- Support conference, event follow-up, and sales engagement activities.
- Coordinate collaboration between Sales, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Delivery, and Leadership teams.
- Maintain sales playbooks, process documentation, and operational resources.
- Promote the adoption of automation and AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency.
- Monitor deal progress, identify stalled opportunities, and highlight risks or blockers.
- Support forecasting cycles, pipeline reviews, and quarterly business planning activities.
The ideal candidate has experience supporting sales or revenue operations functions and is comfortable managing systems, processes, and cross-functional relationships. They should be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of improving operational workflows in a fast-paced environment.
- 3–7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Support, Project Coordination, CRM Administration, or Consulting Operations.
- Strong experience working with CRM platforms, particularly in services-based or consultative business environments.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and operational initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
- Experience maintaining data quality, reporting accuracy, and process documentation.
- Comfortable coordinating sales activities, internal communications, and workflow improvements.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to identify issues and drive solutions independently.
