The Partnerships Manager will define and execute partner strategies focused on creating scalable revenue opportunities and strengthening relationships across the business ecosystem. This role requires a strategic operator who can manage complex partnerships, drive pipeline generation, and collaborate across teams to deliver mutual success.
- Develop and execute global partner business plans to achieve pipeline growth, revenue targets, delivery objectives, and partner enablement goals.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage strategic partners, including consulting firms, system integrators, and technology ecosystem partners.
- Build and maintain strong partner relationships through regular business reviews, performance tracking, and strategic planning.
- Drive partner-led sales initiatives through joint account planning, co-marketing programs, opportunity registration, and revenue-generating activities.
- Collaborate with sales, solution consulting, services, marketing, and partner teams to accelerate customer acquisition and successful delivery.
- Enable internal sales teams by providing partner insights, industry expertise, and engagement strategies to increase partner influence throughout sales cycles.
- Monitor partner performance using metrics such as certifications, customer adoption, expansion opportunities, engagement quality, and operational effectiveness.
- Facilitate alignment between partners and internal stakeholders through territory planning, pipeline reviews, and executive-level collaboration.
- Identify opportunities to improve partner programs, incentives, and go-to-market strategies.
- Support strategic sales opportunities alongside cross-functional teams and contribute to overall business growth.
The ideal candidate is an experienced partnerships professional with a strong background in SaaS ecosystems, business development, and strategic relationship management. You should be comfortable operating independently, building programs from scratch, and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
- 6+ years of experience in alliance management, partner sales, technology sales, business development, or ecosystem consulting.
- Proven experience building, managing, and scaling partnerships between systems integrators, consulting firms, or technology partners and B2B SaaS organizations.
- Strong understanding of partner-led go-to-market strategies, enablement programs, incentive structures, and success metrics.
- Experience managing strategic relationships and negotiating with senior stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage executive audiences.
- Ability to manage a global portfolio of partners independently through strong organizational and process management skills.
- Experience supporting or leading complex sales opportunities with cross-functional teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt quickly in a rapidly changing startup environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate partner performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Preferred experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or related finance technology solutions.
