RVP, Enterprise Sales

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a RVP, Enterprise Sales based in Canada.

This is a senior sales leadership opportunity to drive growth within a rapidly scaling organization serving enterprise customers.
You will lead and develop a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives focused on winning strategic accounts.
The role combines sales strategy, team development, operational excellence, and executive-level customer engagement.
You will help shape go-to-market success by building strong sales processes, improving performance, and exceeding revenue objectives.
Working across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales Operations, and other teams, you will influence business outcomes at scale.

Accountabilities:

As the RVP, Enterprise Sales, you will lead the strategy and execution required to grow enterprise revenue while building a world-class sales organization. You will manage a team of experienced Account Executives, provide coaching and guidance, and ensure strong execution across strategic accounts and territories.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Partner with sales representatives on prospecting strategies, account planning, pipeline management, and complex deal execution.
  • Develop and execute territory and account strategies to drive annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue performance.
  • Establish a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement through effective hiring, coaching, and enablement.
  • Track team performance against key sales metrics and provide actionable coaching to support short- and long-term success.
  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement teams to design and deliver training programs that improve sales effectiveness.
  • Engage directly with strategic prospects and key customer opportunities to support deal progression and communicate business value.
  • Ensure adoption of CRM tools, forecasting processes, pipeline management practices, and sales operations standards.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales Development, Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Legal, and Sales Operations teams to drive alignment.
  • Participate in customer conversations and sales calls to coach teams and support successful outcomes.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced enterprise sales leader with a proven ability to build successful teams, exceed revenue goals, and operate effectively in a fast-paced technology environment.

  • 7+ years of experience directly managing SaaS sales teams at the Enterprise level.
  • Demonstrated success exceeding sales targets with large enterprise customers.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate teams and drive high-performance cultures.
  • Passion for coaching, developing talent, and creating strong sales organizations.
  • Proven ability to bring structure, accountability, and operational rigor to sales processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, listening, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM and sales technologies to manage pipelines, forecasting, and sales execution.
  • Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and the ability to connect customer challenges with impactful solutions.
  • Willingness to lead by example by participating in sales conversations and supporting complex deal cycles.
