Starting at $22.00 per hour to $25.00 per hour contingent on experience.

ZWILLING is looking for a Retail Assistant Store Manager to join our retail leadership team. The ideal candidate is a results-driven, self-motivated leader with a strong focus on customer service, team development, and a culinary passion. As the Retail Assistant Store Manager, you will assist the Store Manager in leading daily store operations, driving sales performance, developing team members, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. In this role, you can expect to:
- Assist in leading daily retail store operations and sales performance.
- Train, coach, and develop store associates while fostering a positive team environment.
- Support recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and employee development efforts.
- Help manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, merchandising, and store administration.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure premium brand experience.
- Execute product demonstrations, in-store events, and local marketing initiatives.
- Monitor operational compliance, asset protection, and company policies.
- Support achievement of sales, profitability, and store performance goals
Qualifications & Requirements
- A culinary passion!
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred with a minimum of 3 years of retail sales management.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
- Strong commitment to customer service.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional attitude with flexibility and adaptability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift 35+ pounds and comfortable using ladders.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
