This role sits at the intersection of strategy, partnerships, and revenue growth, responsible for building and scaling a global partner ecosystem across cloud, infrastructure, and software markets. You will design and operationalize a high-performing channel program while also developing strategic alliances with key industry players such as CSPs, MSPs, and ISVs. Acting as both architect and relationship leader, you will shape partner go-to-market models, drive joint value creation, and influence executive stakeholders across regions. This is a highly strategic, revenue-focused role that blends program design with hands-on execution. You will play a critical part in expanding international market reach and strengthening ecosystem-driven growth. The environment is global, fast-moving, and highly technical, with strong exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
Lead the design, execution, and optimization of a global partner ecosystem strategy focused on accelerating revenue growth and expanding market reach across international regions.
- Build and manage a tiered channel partner program designed to drive partner acquisition, engagement, technical enablement, and long-term loyalty.
- Develop onboarding frameworks, partner playbooks, training materials, and co-marketing assets to enable partner success and scalability.
- Oversee partner portal operations, including deal registration, lead distribution, and performance tracking systems.
- Identify, recruit, and develop strategic alliances with tier-one partners such as CSPs, MSPs, and ISVs.
- Create joint value propositions and co-selling strategies that position integrated solutions for complex infrastructure challenges.
- Serve as the main point of contact for strategic partners, ensuring executive alignment and roadmap coordination.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), monitor KPIs, and optimize partner performance and pipeline health.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to strengthen partner positioning and program competitiveness.
Requirements:
Strong experience in channel management or strategic alliances within cloud, infrastructure, or enterprise software environments, with a proven ability to build and scale global partner programs.
- 5–10 years of experience in channel partnerships, alliances, or ecosystem development roles.
- Proven ability to balance strategic program design with hands-on execution and operational delivery.
- Experience working with global partner ecosystems across multiple regions (Americas, EMEA, APJ).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence and engage C-level leaders within partner organizations.
- Solid technical understanding of virtualization, cloud infrastructure, and HCI or similar technologies.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking KPIs, revenue performance, and partner-driven growth metrics.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, global, remote-first environment.
