This is a high-impact Revenue Operations leadership role focused on scaling and optimizing a complex go-to-market engine within a fast-growing, data-driven environment. You will be responsible for building structure across sales operations, improving system connectivity, and enabling leadership with accurate, actionable insights to drive revenue decisions. Acting as a key partner to Sales, Revenue Analytics, and Business Systems teams, you will help design and optimize processes across the entire GTM tech stack, including CRM, sales engagement, routing, and enrichment tools. The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring strong technical fluency, analytical depth, and operational rigor. You will also play a central role in driving automation and AI adoption across sales workflows to improve efficiency and scalability. This is a highly collaborative, systems-oriented role ideal for someone who thrives in complex, fast-moving SaaS environments.
- Design, optimize, and scale end-to-end sales operations processes across lead routing, territory planning, forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Own lead routing strategy and execution, including configuration of tools such as LeanData and AI-driven routing systems.
- Administer and improve core GTM systems (Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and related tools), ensuring automation and workflow efficiency.
- Maintain high data integrity across systems through enrichment, deduplication, and standardization processes.
- Partner with Sales Leadership and Revenue Analytics to build dashboards, reporting frameworks, and forecasting models that support decision-making.
- Identify process gaps and implement scalable solutions using automation, AI tools, and system enhancements.
- Document operational processes and support enablement to drive adoption and consistency across sales teams.
- 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar analytical and systems-focused role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce (admin-level preferred), LeanData, and sales engagement tools such as Outreach.
- Experience working with data tools such as ZoomInfo, Gong, Ringlead, or equivalent platforms is a plus.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Proven ability to operate in B2B SaaS or fintech environments; familiarity with private markets is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex operational concepts for stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
- Competitive base salary range of $116,000 – $145,000 USD, plus equity and performance-based compensation.
