  • Lead proposal development, contracting, pricing strategies, and client presentations in collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Identify operational gaps, develop improvement plans, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Support talent management, coaching, and team development while fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Ensure accurate reporting of adverse events and perform additional responsibilities as required.
Requirements

We are looking for an experienced strategic leader with strong operational, financial, and client management expertise, ideally within healthcare or pharmaceutical services.

  • University degree in business administration, finance, or a related field, with 7+ years of experience and at least 5 years in progressive leadership roles.
  • Strong background in client relationship management, program delivery, and cross-functional team leadership.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare services, or specialty programs industry is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, interpret financial data, and drive operational performance improvements.
  • Strong project management skills with experience leading complex initiatives from planning to execution.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong communication skills in both French and English (written and spoken).
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, manage change, and develop talent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong overall business acumen.
Benefits
  • Comprehensive compensation package aligned with experience and responsibilities.
  • Extended health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance coverage.
  • Retirement savings programs and financial wellness support.
  • Paid parental leave, caregiver leave, and family support programs.
  • Flexible working arrangements depending on role requirements.
  • Professional development, training programs, and mentorship opportunities.
  • Inclusive and supportive work environment focused on collaboration and growth.
  • Access to employee resource groups and wellness initiatives.
