Job Description

AI Operations Manager

In this role, you will own Achievers’ AI revenue strategy end to end, from use case discovery through deployment and measurement. This is a builder first role with the expectation that you will architect the IC facing tool stack, deploy AI agents that directly generate revenue, and operate them with the same rigor as a human team. You will partner with RevOps, Marketing, Sales, and CS leadership, but this role does not own or administer core systems (Salesforce, Marketo, NetSuite). Over time, this role may manage a group of agent operators.

How you'll shape AI Operations at Achievers:
  • Own the AI roadmap: use case discovery, build, deployment, adoption, and impact measurement.
  • Design, deploy and manage revenue generating agents
  • Architect and automate workflows that eliminate manual GTM tasks across AEs, SCs, SDRS, BDRs, and CSMs.
  • Continuously evaluate and implement IC facing tools, replacing underutilized capabilities with higher impact alternatives.
  • Manage agents like employees with defined scope, performance metrics, and ongoing tuning.
  • Report on revenue impact, time saved, pipeline influenced, and adoption for every agent deployed.
  • Establish responsible AI guardrails: data access, privacy, prompt/output review, and human in the loop checkpoints.
  • Must abide by Achievers Generative AI Usage Policy and related policies.
Experience we feel will set you up for success:
  • Education in analytics and software development
  • Experience in technology industry required
  • Proven track record designing and deploying AI powered agent workflows for revenue or sales operations.
  • Hands on experience with AI tools and orchestration frameworks
  • Deep familiarity with the modern sales tech stack as both a user and integrator
  • Able to bridge technical depth with business context and communicate clearly to frontline sellers and executive stakeholders.
  • Prior quota carrying IC experience (AE, SE, or similar) with firsthand grasp of the workflows these agents will support is a nice to have.
