Position Overview

The Inventory Associate is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, receiving and organizing products, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with all state regulations and company procedures.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, dependable, and enjoys behind-the-scenes operational work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, organize, and track incoming inventory
  • Maintain accurate inventory counts and records
  • Perform cycle counts and assist with audits
  • Restock products and prepare inventory for sales floor needs
  • Monitor inventory accuracy across all systems
  • Support compliance with state cannabis regulations and company SOPs
  • Maintain an organized and efficient inventory workspace
  • Work collaboratively with dispensary staff to ensure product availability
QualificationsRequired
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Comfortable learning inventory and retail software systems
Preferred
  • Inventory, warehouse, stockroom, logistics, or retail experience
  • Experience with inventory management systems
  • Cannabis industry experience
  • Experience conducting inventory counts or audits
