ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:

• Participate on cross-functional project teams (including project management, analytics services, technology services, and/or creative) to seamlessly execute strategies, including collecting and analyzing required data to develop recommendations for the client
• Creates presentations featuring supporting analyses, results, and key insights to ensure client satisfaction
• Monitors programs ongoing (as directed) to drive continuous improvements
• Proposes recommendations to enhance existing strategies/execution plans to better meet clients’ business needs / objectives

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:

• 1+ years of working experience or graduate degree
• Experience in strategy development, execution and data analysis
• Experience developing client-ready presentations, including storyboarding techniques and development of supporting analyses
• Experience leading cross-functional teams / initiatives
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High level of problem solving capabilities
• Proficiency in MS-Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint & Word
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and excel in high-pressure situations
• Ability to understand client’s situation and execute strategy to solve for their largest business needs
• Ability to gather information, collect and analyze data quickly and develop key insights and recommendations for the client
• Ability to lead a cross functional team to complete the duties required
• Background in management consulting
• Experience with CRM system (i.e. Salesforce), marketing automation platforms (i.e. Marketo, ExactTarget), content management systems, and/or website development
• Experience in client industries such as automotive, financial / insurance services, healthcare, industrial products, life sciences, and customer products
• Experience in business development / client proposal process
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
