Looking for a fast-paced role where attention to detail and teamwork matter? Join Sioux Chief Manufacturing as a Part-Time Order Entry Representative and help support our Customer Service team by ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Hours: Monday – Friday | 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

What You’ll Do

• Enter customer purchase orders accurately and promptly
• Send order acknowledgements to customers
• Communicate with customers and sales representatives to resolve order discrepancies
• Verify pricing, promotions, quantities, and item details
• Process invoices and update shipping/invoice information
• Manage customer service emails within Salesforce
• Assist with new account setup and other administrative support tasks
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Excellent communication and computer skills
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities
• Experience with Microsoft Office required
• Previous order entry or customer service experience preferred

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of order entry experience preferred
• Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures
