As a Sales Associate, you are responsible for supporting and collaborating with the Senior Sales Associate throughout the entire customer journey, qualifying leads, conducting discovery meetings, delivering technology-enhanced presentations, and maintaining strong CRM performance in Salesforce.

This role helps create a polished, professional, and customer-focused sales environment for Cardel’s Metro One condo development. Cardel provides a comprehensive onboarding and training program built around our brand and sales pillars, ensuring team members are fully equipped with the knowledge, tools, and processes needed to excel in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to online inquiries and greet walk-in guests, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments.
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce CRM records and execute structured follow-up touchpoints.
  • Conduct discovery meetings and deliver engaging community, model, and project overview presentations.
  • Use technology and digital tools to demonstrate project details and tailor presentations to individual customer needs.
  • Support the Senior Sales Associate with sales documents, administrative tasks, and customer communication.
  • Maintain a clean, professional, and brand-consistent sales center and model home environment.
  • Stay informed on market trends, customer demographics, and competitor offerings.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales and customer service is an asset
  • Experience in multi-family or condo sales is an asset
  • Professionalism, tact, courtesy, and diplomacy skills
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, CRM Databases, calendar applications, SalesForce, Sale Simplicity
  • Self-starter with a high degree of initiative, creativity, and flexibility
  • Professional, organized, proactive, and adaptable with strong initiative.

Hours of Work

This is a full-time position with a 5-day work week scheduled to accommodate sales center hours. In addition, you may be required to attend training or other work commitments outside of the sales center hours. The hours of operation for sales centers are typically, as follows:

  • Monday to Thursday 2:00pm – 8:00pm
  • Saturday, Sunday & Holidays 12:00pm – 5:00pm
