This position focuses on supporting individuals and families who have already requested information about their benefit options. As a representative, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating virtual appointments with members seeking benefit reviews

• Hosting one-on-one conversations via Zoom or phone

• Clearly explaining coverage options and program details

• Assessing individual needs and outlining available solutions

• Maintaining follow-ups to provide ongoing support

• Applying a proven training framework to improve performance

• Working toward personal benchmarks with opportunities for advancement
