Chinook Equipment in Lethbridge is looking for an organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Branch Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our customers, the Receptionist is responsible for supporting daily administrative tasks across multiple departments while creating a positive customer experience.
The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday; 8:00am to 5:00pm and earn a wage between $20-$22 per hour, depending on experience.

What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers and suppliers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer incoming phone calls, directing the caller to the correct department or team member
- Respond to general customer inquiries and assist with basic information requests
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning and mail/courier shipments
- Maintain the appearance of the reception area and showroom, stocking/replenishing brochures, merchandise and displays
- Assist with dealership correspondence, reports and operational needs
- Perform other duties as assigned
What You Bring:
- Positive attitude and willingness to work well within a team
- Previous customer service experience in a reception or administrative role is preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with dealership software or CRM systems is considered an asset
- High school diploma and valid driver's license
