Fix Auto Airdrie is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our busy team. Reporting to the Collision Centre Manager, the Customer Service Representative will be the first point of contact for our customers in their repair needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage front office operations to ensure efficient organization and provide support to the various departments within the Collision Centre.
  • Collaborate with production manager and estimators to ensure vehicles are on track for a timely delivery.
  • Provide regular and standard reporting to production and estimators to ensure awareness of key performance metrics.
  • Complete booking for estimate and repairs
  • Perform other tasks and duties as required.

Our Ideal Requirements:

  • A high school diploma and valid Driver’s License are required
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills with the ability to provide service that is fast, easy, caring, right and clear
  • Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt your approach to different personalities
  • The ability to make decisions and use sound judgement
  • A team player with a positive attitude who is able to work in a fast-paced environment
