Job Description
. Brand Representation:
- Promote Focus Brands: Be the primary advocate for our focus brands, especially Level-X, ensuring they are positioned effectively in the market.
- Brand Messaging: Articulate and embody the unique messaging, values, and identity of our focus brands.
- Customer Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with retail customers, ensuring they associate our brands with quality and trust.
- Education: Educate retail customers on the features, benefits, and advantages of our focus brand products.
2. Marketing Support:
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and execute brand-specific marketing programs and campaigns.
- Feedback Loop: Provide valuable feedback and insights from customer interactions to help refine marketing strategies.
- Content Creation: Assist in creating marketing collateral, promotional materials, and engaging content for our brands.
3. Sales Liaison:
- Communication Bridge: Serve as a liaison between the sales and marketing teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
- Customer Feedback: Relay customer feedback, preferences, and market trends to the sales and product development teams.
- Sales Enablement: Support sales training efforts to ensure the sales team is well-equipped to represent focus brands effectively.
4. Product Knowledge:
- Industry Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor products within the vaping industry.
- Product Mastery: Develop an in-depth understanding of our product portfolio, including technical specifications and customer benefits.
5. Event Participation:
- Represent the Company: Attend industry events, trade shows, and product launches as a company representative.
- Engagement: Engage with potential and existing customers at events to promote our focus brands and products.
6. Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct ongoing market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights.
- Analyze market data and customer feedback to make informed recommendations for product improvements or new product development.
7. Reporting and Performance Metrics:
- Regularly provide reports on KPIs and performance to the management team, offering insights and recommendations for strategy adjustments if needed.
8. Competitive Analysis:
- Monitor and report on the activities and strategies of competitors in the vaping industry.
- Identify opportunities and threats in the market landscape and propose counter-strategies.
9. Brand Advocacy and Ethics:
- Ensure that all brand representation and promotional activities align with industry regulations and ethical standards.
- Uphold a positive and responsible image for the company and focus brands.
10. Customer Feedback Loop:
- Establish a feedback loop with retail customers to gather insights, suggestions, and pain points, and communicate this information to the relevant teams within the company.
11. Product Launch Support:
- Play a key role in the successful launch of new products or product lines, including organizing launch events and ensuring product awareness.
12. Crisis Management:
- Be prepared to handle potential crises or negative publicity related to the company or products, and work with the marketing and PR teams to address such issues.
13. Training and Education:
- Develop and conduct training sessions for retail customers to enhance their product knowledge and sales capabilities.
14. Sustainability and Compliance:
- Ensure that the marketing and promotion of products adhere to sustainability practices and comply with relevant regulations.
