As a Client Services Coordinator, you will play a central role in supporting clients navigating serious and complex medical conditions.
You will provide high-touch, personalized service while coordinating the many details involved in each client engagement.
Working alongside clinicians, researchers, physician offices, and external providers, you will help turn complex care needs into organized, timely action.
Your attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs will directly contribute to a smoother and more supportive client experience.
This is a collaborative, fast-paced environment where discretion, empathy, communication, and problem-solving are essential.

The position is fully remote and is open to candidates who live and work physically within the United States.
- Deliver a seamless, personalized, and concierge-level experience for clients managing serious or complex medical conditions.
- Proactively communicate with clients to understand and support their care needs, ensuring timely follow-up and responsive assistance.
- Coordinate client engagements from initial welcome and registration through ongoing services, appointments, follow-ups, and completion of action items.
- Build trusted relationships with clients through professionalism, empathy, responsiveness, and consistent attention to detail.
- Collaborate closely with clinicians and researchers as part of an integrated client care team, leveraging available resources to identify effective care solutions.
- Coordinate scheduling and billing activities with physician offices and external service providers, including concierge nursing and molecular profiling organizations.
- Manage the details surrounding client meetings and ensure that agreed-upon actions, follow-ups, and deliverables are completed.
- Partner with research teams to support clinical trial eligibility assessments and enrollment processes.
- Help clients navigate complex healthcare systems and access relevant resources and services with confidence.
- Maintain discretion and high standards of confidentiality when handling sensitive client and healthcare information.
- 1+ year of professional care coordination experience in a complex or fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated experience delivering high-touch, concierge-level customer or client service.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain a calm, professional, and reassuring presence.
- Strong ethical standards, personal integrity, discretion, and judgment when handling confidential information.
- Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and evolving needs simultaneously.
- A proactive, positive, energetic, and client-focused approach, with a willingness to identify opportunities for improvement and contribute new ideas.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively with clinicians, researchers, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity while maintaining a high level of service.
- Comfort working with technology and the ability to quickly learn and use new tools, systems, and processes.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required.
- Experience in healthcare, care coordination, patient services, clinical research, or a similarly complex client-facing environment is advantageous.
- Annual base salary of $60,000–$65,000 USD.
