Position Title: Executive Administrative Assistant II
Reports to: Operations Manager
Location: Suitland, MD
Employment Status: Full-Time
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Position Summary: Aldevra is currently seeking a qualified Executive Administrative Assistant II to support the Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA) in Suitland, MD. We are looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, clear communication, and a willingness to jump in where needed. This position is contingent upon contract award.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Provides advanced administrative support to senior BEA leadership. This includes proactive schedule management, coordination of high visibility meetings, preparation of polished executive documents, and tracking of major Bureau activities.
- Serve as the first point of contact for an executive office
- May serve as a liaison between the executive office and other BEA program areas
- Responsible for confidential and time-sensitive material
- Prepare and maintain a log of routine official correspondence
- Schedule meetings and make associated arrangements such as reserving and setting up rooms and escorting visitors
- Monitor and manage travel arrangements and travel related expenses
- Provide backup support to bureau FOIA analyst
- Serve as GovTA timekeeper (time and attendance) for direct hire employees.
- All other duties as assigned.

Requirements:Security Requirements:
- Must be able to obtain a PIV badge.
This position requires passing an extensive background check.
Workplace Safety and Environment:
This position is based in an office environment, primarily involving computer work, meetings, and collaboration with team members.
Qualifications:
- A college degree and four (4) years of related work experience or a high school diploma and eight (8) years of related work experience are required.
- Valid Real-ID state-issued driver's license
- Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone manner
- Excellent and accurate written communication
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems; online calendars and cloud systems
- Advanced Microsoft office skills required
- Excellent attention to detail; accurate data entry
- Customer Focused and team-oriented work ethic
- Able to multi-task efficiently and accurately, focusing on quality

Pay Range: $24.65 and hour, depending on experience, certification, qualifications, and customer/site requirements.
