Join our team as a Quality Assurance Coordinator and help ensure our programs, policies, and patient care practices meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. In this role, you’ll partner with leadership and staff across departments to monitor performance, support accreditation readiness, and drive continuous improvement throughout the facility.
What You’ll Do
• Coordinate quality assurance activities across departments
to ensure compliance with accreditation standards, HIPAA regulations, and
federal, state, and local licensing requirements
• Draft corrective action plans and follow up with regulatory and accreditation
agencies as needed
• Train staff, committees, and leadership on data collection, analysis tools,
and performance improvement practices
• Provide training on accreditation requirements, contract compliance, HIPAA,
audit tools, and quality initiatives
• Monitor improvement plans and medical record audits, tracking trends and
reporting key findings to leadership through dashboards and scorecards
• Support oversight of the Policy & Procedures system, ensuring policies
are reviewed, accessible, and understood across the organization
What We’re Looking For
Education
• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Experience
• Minimum of two (2) years of quality assurance experience (required)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (required)
• Experience in a hospital or healthcare environment (preferred)
Licenses/Certifications
• Completion of client-mandated certifications and/or training (required)
• Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) or similar certification
(preferred)
