* Recording Journal Entries

* AP Vendor Management

* Bank Reconciliations

* Asset Tracking

* Asset Based Lending

* Tangible Personal Property Taxes

* Sales/Use Taxes – Avalara familiarity

* Accrued Expenses

* Inventory Management with Inventory Account Reconciliations

* Inventory Transfers/Production Orders

* AR Customer Cash Receipts & Posting

* AR Sales Billings

*SOP’s creation; Processes/Checklists

* System Knowledge – SPIRE, Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook

The Staff Accountant plays a critical role in ensuring the financial accuracy, transparency, and compliance with accounting standards.
